Whiskey & Ginger
Winner of a prestigious Great Taste Award 2012. A delightfully warming cake, the fruit is first soaked in ginger wine then mixed with pieces of crystallised ginger before baking.
Whiskey and ginger is a tried and tested combination which works particularly well in a fruit cake. This is a cake with a kick!
